We have specially developed a much more effective and economical solution for repeated concrete structures such as in caisson production. Our gantry slipforming system can be executed in different setups; on-shore fixed gantry, on-shore mobile gantry, off-shore gantry on floating dock, off-shore fixed gantry, etc.

The slipform is never dismantled and reassembled during the progress of the production. There are no jack tubes in the concrete, and the yokes have extra high clearance, which simplifies the installation of rebars and block-outs. The slipform decks have copious space for storage and optimal working conditions. There is little need for cranes when slipforming the walls.
